✓Covered by the Monthly Service Fee
- •Drafting of compliant Georgian employment or B2B contracts.
- •Ongoing HR administration, PTO, and statutory sick leave tracking.
- •Monthly payroll calculation and compliant payslip generation.
- •Standard IP assignment and NDA documentation setup.
- •Zero mandatory setup fees or unexpected onboarding charges for standard EOR/Contractor hiring.
×Billed Separately (Pass-Through Costs)
- •Gross Compensation: The actual gross salary allocated to the employee, or the gross fee paid to the contractor.
- •Tax & Pension Liabilities: For EOR, the 20% personal income tax is deducted from the gross salary; statutory employer-side pension contributions (typically 2%) are treated as pass-through costs. For contractors, the SBS tax (if applicable) is the sole responsibility of the contractor.
- •Banking & FX Fees: International wire transfer fees and currency exchange spreads required to convert incoming funds to GEL.
- •VAT: Value Added Tax (18%), applied to the administrative service fee only if legally mandated by cross-border place-of-supply rules under the Tax Code of Georgia.
Separate Corporate Services
For clients looking to establish their own entity rather than utilizing our EOR framework, we offer one-time administrative setup services.
* Subject to final verification and scope of work requirements. Mandatory government registration fees, translations, and apostilles are billed separately.

Pricing & Billing FAQs
Administrative clarifications regarding our billing operations.
Q. Are there any hidden setup fees?
No. We operate on a flat-rate billing model. We do not charge integration fees or initial setup costs for standard EOR/Contractor placements. You are billed the monthly platform fee plus the actual pass-through costs.
Q. How do you handle currency exchange?
You receive a consolidated monthly invoice generated in USD or EUR. Because local payroll must legally be disbursed in Georgian Lari (GEL), we execute the conversion using current exchange rates at the time of payroll processing.
Q. Does "Cancel Anytime" mean no notice period?
Our B2B Service Agreement generally features a 30-day notice period. However, EOR employee terminations are separate and must strictly comply with statutory notice periods and severance requirements under the Labor Code of Georgia.
Important Note on Contractor Classification
Engaging individuals as independent contractors carries misclassification risks. Legal classification under Georgian law depends on the actual working relationship, degree of subordination, and integration into your business operations - not solely on the contract title.
